Tales of a mindful, eco-conscious traveller

Hi, welcome to my world, I'm Tal- an entrepreneur (I started Rusty's Nuts in 2014), a conscious consumer, a mindful life enthusiast, a circus freak, an outdoor sports aficionado. I am currently the VP of Marketing at the Stone Mill Coop- a house of Consumer Product Goods (CPG) in the food space and I lead all the marketing efforts for our team.

Back in 2008, when blogging was a new thing, I started my first travel blog Where Is Tal? where I wrote about my travels in places like New Zealand, Australia, and South America. For the past year I have been wanting to get back into writing and storytelling but I just kept putting it off. Now, as the world is talking about everything and anything Corona Virus, and I'm sitting here in my house in quarantine for the next week or so after returning from a trip to the US, I thought this was just the perfect timing to start back up.

So what can you expect to find here? Pretty much anything that's near and dear to my heart-

I will talk about personal travel stories, conscious consumer tips and recommendations, my eco-conscious and mindful life, entrepreneurism, marketing and building brands, product and restaurant recommendations, life hacks, and anything else- personal or professional-that I want to share.
