About Me
The Full Story
Hi, I’m Tal Nimrodi—a guide for people navigating transformation, a space-holder for women, and a creative devoted to embodied growth.
My work today weaves together Jewish wisdom, rebirthing breathwork, women’s circles, creative expression, and nature-based practices to support deep, meaningful change. I guide people through moments of transition—when old identities are shedding, new truths are emerging, and the nervous system needs safety, presence, and care in order to open.

Before this chapter, I spent over a decade building brands and businesses. In 2014, I founded Rusty’s Nuts, a wellness nut-butter brand that grew into a household name in Israel and sold in over 300 stores. After selling the company in 2020, I led branding and marketing for The Stone Mill Coop, a company/brand I helped build from the ground, launching and scaling multiple food and wellness brands to more than 1,000 locations.
But alongside that outward success, a quieter call was growing.
In 2021, after giving birth to my twin daughters, my partner and I sold everything, lived on the road in a van, and eventually converted a bus into our home (check out our Instagram Twins_On_Wheels) . That journey stripped life down to its essence—and brought me back to the body, to ritual, to creativity, and to the wisdom of slowing down.
Since then, my work has shifted from strategy to soul, from systems to spaces.
I now lead women’s circles rooted in Jewish cyclical wisdom, offer rebirthing breathwork sessions, and create containers where movement, writing, art, and ritual become gateways for healing and self-remembering. I draw on my knowledge of herbs, plants, and the natural world to support regulation, grounding, and reconnection—because transformation doesn’t happen only in the mind, but through the body and the earth.
My background as a builder, organizer, and storyteller allows me to hold both the practical and the mystical. I bring structure where it’s needed, softness where it’s required, and deep presence throughout.
If you’re standing at the edge of change—feeling the pull to shed, soften, or realign—I’m here to walk beside you.
